On my visit, I noted polite, pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable! Even though it's on a leisure/retail park, it was quiet and there was ample (free!) parking. There are decaf & caffeine coffee options plus tea in the rooms and a nice sized telly. Irons and hairdryers are available on request. If you don't want the breakfast box, there are plenty of options nearby for a breakfast of your choice.

Very supportive staff, specially Elaine . My room booking was a mess but Elaine ,very efficiently and supportively sorted the problem , so we had a peaceful sleep after enjoying the festive vibe in the evening.

Nice little hotel which is in a good location, comfortable bed and the night is quiet. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. Only had one small issue with a light not working in my room, so mentioned it to the young girl working on reception and the light was fixed by the time I got back to my room later in the day. Great service 👍😄

Stayed here a few times now and every time the staff on reception have been amazing, very friendly and always happy to help. Special shout out to Myra, such a lovely lady. Rooms have always been very clean, no issue with noise from other guests. Thank you and see you again in a few weeks

Arrived on Sunday ,for 1 night . Couldn’t check in until 3 pm The lady on reception jennie I think , was so helpful , she managed to get out room an hour earlier , very friendly , and nothing was too much trouble , definitely come back

The bed matresses need a bit of updating that's the only thing. The rooms are clean, and the reception staff were warm and very attentive when checking in and overall our stay. I can definitely recommend.

Basic place, laudy at day time and over the weekend due the shoppings around. Good shower, average bed.

DISGUSTING!!! There was a bad smell in the room. We were told air freshener would be brought up but we never got any. Yhe lights on one side of the room didn’t work. The light fittings were thick with dust. There was no lock on the bathroom door. The hole where the lock shouldve been was stuffed with toilet roll. The springs in the mattress were digging in my friends back. She pulled the sheets back to reveal the most disgusting stained mattress. Staff were nice and friendly..

Room was clean, need to put some oil on the bed as it’s very squeaky, couldn’t get a good rhythm going as didn’t want neighbours to hear but other than that not a bad stay

We got allocated on the first floor, facing out front, overlooking the parking lot, we also got a bath tub (which we prefer). 😃

I travel the country for work, and have stayed in a ludicrous amount of premier inns and travel lodges. This travel lodge is in the top 5 worst I’ve stayed in, mostly caused by the noise that comes from the surrounding area including persistent alarms from cars and buildings. There’s a ridiculous amount of noise caused by vehicles with the car park being used partially as the local car meet and race track location. Not to mention the beds are like laying on a sheet of ply and have seen more use than a bed in a brass house.

Rooms very clean, full free wifi would be nice. Jennie extremely helpful on reception, knowledgeable on the area. Knew that location would not be ideal, not hotels fault and only reasonably priced hotel available at short notice. Quite a noisy area due to leisure outlets and restaurants everywhere, maybe better suited to younger generation and families. However, that said the hotel done the job thank you.

Stayed here for 5 days, with a terrible view of the top of the roof( at the back). Inconsiderate people letting their children run through the corridor at gone midnight and people talking loudly in the corridor banging doors. Room was Shabby to say the least. Stained carpets, paint peeling off wood round windows. Chipped mugs. Shower with one setting...warm! Window I could not open or close easily had to stand on a chair. Staff were excellent tho, thats the only plus! Hotel was cheapest in area and the hotel showed that!

The location was great for us! Free parking and options of food places. The soft play was the winner for us and guess what it's within walking distance of the hotel. The receptionist were super friendly and nice, always a smile when we walked in. Room was good, didn't have any problems with noise from the parking lot especially as we were facing that way. Easy to find. Good budget hotel!

Los dispensadores de gel sucios por dentro, del baño salían olores y habitación pequeña para una cama de 1.50 poco espaciosa y lo peor que no daba cogido el wifi en la tele. Sin duda si quieres estar tranquilo no te lo recomiendo.
